3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Share your account credentials with other users
- Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions
- Use the Software to provide competing services
- Export or transfer your license to another party
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all content, features, functionality, design, and intellectual property, remain with YoCatetin.

You retain all rights to the financial data you input into the Software. By using the Software, you grant YoCatetin a license to process, store, and analyze your data to provide the Service.
5. Subscription Terms

- Subscriptions are monthly or annual as selected
- Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard

- Current prices are available on our website
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Existing subscriptions are honored at current price for renewal period
6. Term and Termination
6.1 Term
This License is effective from the date of acceptance and continues for the subscription period.
6.2 Termination
We may terminate this License if you:
- Violate any terms of this License
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent technical limitations
6.3 Effect of Termination
- Your access to the Software will be revoked
- Your subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may export your data before termination (subject to 30-day grace period)
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YOCATETIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties of non-infringement
- Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of financial data
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL YOCATETIN BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages arising from third-party claims
- Errors or omissions in the Software
- Inability to use the Software
In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
This License is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
10. Severability
If any provision of this License is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
This License, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and YoCatetin regarding the Software and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
12. Amendments
YoCatetin may amend this License at any time. Continued use of the Software following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
